MAIN DUTIES:

• Reporting & Dashboards (Power BI)
• Develop, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards to track operational performance and project delivery.
• Generate weekly and monthly reporting packs, including summaries, commentary, and action-oriented notes for leadership and stakeholders.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, throughput measures, backlog metrics, and operational efficiency indicators.
• Ensure reporting outputs are consistent, standardised, and aligned to business priorities.
