Position Summary

The Switchgear Data Analyst plays a critical role in enabling data‑driven decision making across the switchgear assembly operations. This role owns the collection, analysis, and visualization of Switchgear performance data, including throughput, utilization/downtimes, reworks, labor efficiency, and capacity.
