Main Responsibilities

- Serve as the Bank's innovation hub to explore the availability and applicability of new/evolving data and technologies for analytics, with the objective of enhancing the business value for the Bank
- Hands-on development of advanced analytics/ Machine Learning-based solutions to uplift effectiveness of analytics and modelling through (i) supervised/ unsupervised machine learning techniques (ii) structured and unstructured data e.g. digital footprint
- Explore the availability, accessibility, and transformation/ utilization of unstructured data (e.g. browsing data, voice recordings, emails, images, videos)
- Integrate customer's internal and external data (both structured and unstructured) to create a 360 customer view
