About the Role

Our Technology Division plays a central role in driving digital transformation — integrating ERP systems, automation, data, and AI to support smarter decision-making and operational excellence. 

As the Data & Analytics Manager, you’ll lead the development and governance of Borg’s enterprise data ecosystem. 

You will play a pivotal role in designing and managing our Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, and Power BI environments — ensuring the business has a trusted single source of truth for decision-making and innovation.

This is a hands-on leadership position, balancing strategy and execution, to enable Borg’s next generation of data-driven manufacturing and supply chain operations.

This position is located at our corporate head office at Somersby on the NSW Central Coast.
