Data Analytics Team Lead

**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking a Data and Analytics Team Lead to support our Combat Mission Systems (CMS) business. This role falls within our Digital Enterprise Directorate and will face multiple challenging projects while supporting our developing digital environment development and deployment to our business.

At BAE Systems, we believe in work-life balance. We work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, and our hybrid approach provides plenty of on-site collaboration and support for new staff onboarding as well as the flexibility for working remotely some days.

As a Data and Analytics Team Lead, you will:
