We are looking for individuals to be responsible for maintaining and optimising our work management systems, one of which is Totalmobile. You will be supporting teams to maximise the use of systems within our Infrastructure Teams. Our aim is to improve processes and employee experiences through the development of technology offering across our Business Unit.

The role will primarily be focused on providing support for requests raised via our support portal. These requests will range from anything being wrong to configuration and system set up.

Data captured by the Site Teams will support reporting and provide an overall real-time performance of where the Infrastructure Teams are at any given time.
