Data Architect (1 Year contract)

Engagement: Strategic Project / Consultancy

Our client is an ambitious, high -growth organisation operating within the property sector,

currently undertaking a significant transformation of its internal data environment.

As the business scales, critical operational and people -related data (including onboarding,

role changes, performance metrics, commissions, and KPIs) is distributed across multiple
spreadsheets and systems. There is no consolidated data architecture or single source of
truth, limiting reporting accuracy, scalability, and strategic insight.
We have been exclusively retained to appoint an experienced Data Architect to conduct a
full assessment of the current landscape and design a future -proof, scalable data
architecture to support long -term growth.
