Data Assurance Specialist

The role responsible for accurate store inventory count, ensuring accuracy of system inventory balances of assigned accounts. Prepare and analyze variance reports and recommend resolution for the variances. It is also responsible for ensuring that all transactions are timely posted in the system.

• Conduct accurate inventory count in all stores on a monthly or quarterly basis depending on account requirement.
• Prepares inventory and sales report based on count.
• Post sales issuances in the system, based on DSR or derived sales depending on account requirement
• Monitors all inventory transactions of the assigned account; ensures that transactions are timely posted in the system by the responsible department.
• Prepares sales variance report - DSR vs declared sales, derived sales vs declared sales; investigate, analyze cause of variance and recommend resolution.
