Data Automation Specialist, Hr Shared Service

**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related Areas.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience with a data management, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
- Proficiency in Alteryx, Power Automate, and Python (intermediate-level knowledge of Pandas and Selenium required).
- Specific knowledge in Excel and macros, with the ability to solve client issues using the simplest tools before escalating to more complex solutions.Prior experience in data automation and processing projects in Shared Services environments.
- **Licenses and Certifications**:
