Data & BI Analyst - Revenue Operations

About the Role

We’re looking for a Data & BI Analyst who is passionate about clean, accurate data and loves building automated, scalable processes. In this role, you’ll be the guardian of our CRM data and a key partner in driving operational excellence across our revenue organization.

What You’ll Do

Data Quality & Governance

• Maintain data integrity and accuracy across MS Dynamics CRM
• Build parent‑child account hierarchies to strengthen organizational structure
• Implement de‑duplication and validation processes
• Create data governance standards, audit routines, and quality scorecards
• Build automated data checks and alerts to proactively resolve issues

Systems & Process Automation

• Develop automation solutions within MS Dynamics
• Build workflows to reduce manual data entry
