We are looking for a skilled Data Center L2 Support Engineer to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot data center infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for supporting servers, network devices, storage systems, cabling, and critical IT infrastructure while ensuring maximum uptime and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for data center operations and infrastructure.
• Perform rack and stack activities for servers, storage, and network equipment.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and replace hardware components.
• Support Windows and Linux server environments.
• Perform server health checks, firmware upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
