Infrastructure Operation and Maintenance Services

According to the three directions of electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage systems, including but not limited to:

Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance services of the electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage systems in the data center, including delivery acceptance, monitoring management, and routine maintenance

Execution of maintenance plans, equipment room inspections, fault handling and reporting records for electrical/MEP/low-voltage systems, and ledger management:

Responsible for the security management, risk management, capacity management, availability management, cost optimization, and change management of data center infrastructure

Enhance management tracking, spare parts management, and other processes, continuously optimize and improve, and steadily enhance operational efficiency;

Take responsibility for the training and mentorship of frontline employees;
