Data Center Facilities Lead Engineer

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Infrastructures Maintenance & Operation
Operate and maintain critical systems: Chiller, Cooling Tower, UPS, generators, fire suppression, BMS, electrical panels, water treatment systems.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance and inspections.
Troubleshoot and repair facility systems to prevent downtime.
2. Monitoring & Reporting
Use Building Management Systems (BMS) or DCIM tools to monitor real-time performance of power, cooling, and environmental systems.
Record incidents, maintenance logs, and operational metrics
3. Project Involvement
Support infrastructure upgrades, expansions, or retrofits.
Collaborate with contractors and vendors for installation and testing of new equipment.
4. Compliance & Safety
Ensure all operations follow safety standards, codes, and SOPs.
Participate in emergency drills, audits, and safety reviews.
