Mission-Critical Uptime: Oversee the end-to-end operation, preventive maintenance, and emergency response for critical site infrastructure, including electrical systems (high/low voltage power distribution, UPS, diesel generators, etc.) or HVAC systems (chillers, precision air conditioners, BA control systems, etc.). Operational Excellence and Improvement: Lead the development and implementation of SOPs, maintenance plans, and emergency response plans to ensure site resilience. Drive continuous improvement of key metrics, specifically PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness).
