Data Center Facility Manager-Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Daily Operation & Maintenance: Responsible for the daily operation, inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency response for electrical systems (high/low voltage power distribution, UPS, diesel generators, etc.) or HVAC systems (chillers, precision air conditioners, BA control systems, etc.). Ensure 99.99%+ system availability and strictly meet SLA requirements. Lead the development and implementation of SOPs, maintenance plans, and emergency response plans.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety production regulations. Proactively identify risks in the electrical/HVAC domains, including safety, fire protection, and energy efficiency. Drive the closure of identified hazards. Prevent liability accidents and ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
