Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the full lifecycle of IDC construction projects, including design coordination, procurement, construction execution, testing & commissioning, operations handover, and administrative close‑out.
• Provide on‑site management services to ensure efficient and high‑quality project delivery.
• Organize and lead engineering inspections, work acceptance, and material/equipment incoming inspections, taking full responsibility for delivery quality.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and milestone targets.
• Track construction progress and regularly report status updates to management.
• Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to mitigate schedule risks.
• Work closely with technical teams to supervise construction quality and ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
