Day to Day

• Lead and execute infrastructure expansion projects (Racks, PODs, HVAC, UPS, electrical panels, etc.)
• Coordinate and validate engineering activities to meet operational and technical standards
• Manage budgets and analyze financial data to support strategic decisions
• Install and maintain hardware and network infrastructure (servers, switches, FO/UTP cabling, etc.)
• Identify, inventory, and register all Data Center assets and liabilities
• Supervise technician and customer access through ticket-based workflows and accreditation
• Communicate effectively in Portuguese and English, both remotely and on-site
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal company policies
