**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 3 years of experience managing construction projects within an international working environment.
+ Experience with facility HVAC, mechanical systems.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience working with data center equipment and environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, transformers, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems), with a strong understanding of start up/commissioning processes.
+ Experience managing vendor relationships, with an understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry.
