Job Description:
Operational Oversight and Support:
Assist the Operation Manager in managing day-to day operations.
Provide technical support on new project initiatives.
Verify all escalated data centre tickets are followed up to resolution.
Ensure policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), safety rules and regulations is well followed.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Capacity Planning and Efficiency:
Responsible for capacity planning to ensure underlying infrastructure meets new project requirements.
Conduct periodic reviews of power and cooling to ensure cost-effective data centre operation.
Analyze the data centre environment, identify areas of improvement, and present recommendations to management.
