Data Center Operation Technician

What you'll be doing?

• Hardware support: Install, move, add, and change IT equipment, ensuring smooth operations of the data center.
• Equipment management: Decommission IT equipment and handle media management, including HDD/SSD destruction and disposals.
• Cabling expertise: Connect and disconnect patch cables to equipment in the data center, maintaining organized and efficient setups.
• Server maintenance: Perform hardware break-fix support, including installation of parts, module reseating, and component replacements.
• Facility oversight: Conduct regular physical and visual inspections of equipment and data center operations facilities.
• On-site support: Provide assistance during scheduled maintenance and change events, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Troubleshooting: Address issues related to IT and network equipment, applying your problem-solving skills.
