**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 9 years of experience in Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC), electrical, controls, water chemistry, generators, mechanical, or other similar technical domains.
+ Ability to lift and move 50 lbs of equipment, and work on platforms, ladders, and under raised floors.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree or advanced education in a related field.
