Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program or project management.
5 years of experience in a leadership role.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Spanish with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of facilities with medium voltage and low voltage electrical distribution systems.
Experience with data center equipment/environments (switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, etc.).
Experience managing owner's teams to deliver industrial-type capital projects, including engineering, construction management, and project controls.
