Data Center Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the data center team, including shift scheduling and task allocation.
• Monitor the performance, availability, and capacity of data center systems, ensuring maximum uptime.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for servers, storage, and networking equipment..
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, security protocols, and safety standards.

2. Team Leadership & Development

• Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance technical skills and performance.
• Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues, troubleshooting, and incident management.
