Summary
The Director is responsible for the end-to-end operational excellence, efficiency, and 100% uptime of client data centre portfolio. Leading both Facility Management and Technical Services teams, this role bridges physical plant engineering with hands-on technical services. The Director ensures strict adherence to 24/7/365 client SLAs, minimizes operational risk through rigorous incident and change management, and drives stainability and capacity optimization across all sites.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Integration: Provide strategic direction and daily oversight to both the Facility Management team (critical infrastructure) and the Technical Services team (deployment and hands-on support) to foster a seamless, high-performance operational culture.
