Data co-ordinator

We are expanding our Durban team and looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Data Coordinator to support one of our key clients.

• Capture and schedule new fitments for technicians
• Update registrations and test units for repairs
• Book and schedule validations for repair jobs
• Respond to technician queries via Whats App
• Activate international roaming through Head Office
• Fill in as Fleet Controller in the Control Room when required
• Manage key client tasks during team leave, including:
o Health tests
o Fitment update reports
o Repair list management
o Urgent repair/fitment liaison with Woodford staff

• Matric (Grade 12) essential
• Valid driver’s license
• 1–2 years’ experience in a data admin, fleet coordination ...
