Data & Commercial Analytics Lead

About The Role:
We're looking for a highly analytical and commercially sharp Data & Commercial Analytics Lead to drive financial intelligence, operational performance analytics, and predictive insights across our organization.
This is not a reporting role.
This is a decision-enablement role.
You will work closely with leadership to turn raw data into strategic clarity — identifying revenue risks, margin leakage, capacity bottlenecks, and performance trends before they become problems.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Data Governance & Intelligence
-Improve data integrity, KPI logic, and dashboard reliability
-Design early-warning indicators for financial and operational risks
-Build predictive models (revenue gaps, margin risks, capacity shortages)
-Develop automated anomaly detection frameworks
-Lead data structure improvements and validation processes
Financial & Commercial Analytics
-Revenue quality & GP% analysis (client / contract / region)
