Tastiway Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent and organised Data Compliance and Coordination Officer to join our team in our Alor Setar, Kedah office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper handling, storage, and compliance of our company's data and records.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and maintain the company's document control system, ensuring all records are properly filed and accessible
2. Conduct regular audits to verify data compliance with internal policies and external regulations
3. Liaise with departments across the organisation to coordinate the flow of information and documentation
4. Provide training and support to employees on proper data management practices
5. Assist in the development and implementation of data retention and destruction protocols
6. Stay up-to-date with changes in data compliance regulations and industry best practices
