Role: Data Concierge
Core Responsibilities & Purpose

• Strategic Bridge: Act as the primary contact connecting business stakeholders with technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of incident/support tickets in OPS. E xplain basic data flows, and they have understanding where issues can occur in an end to end data flow. Experience addressing data quality issues.
• Translation of Needs: effectively translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for our support engineers to communicate in English including initial incident triaging.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships between non-technical business users and expert technical squads and conduct weekly/monthly SRE meeting across the products. Experience managing multiple Stakeholders.

Language Requirements:

• Spanish: Native proficiency is mandatory.
