Data Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinates with Information Manager to submit data related to Technical Queries (TQ), as well as to manage and maintain Master Tag List for various engineering disciplines in a project to comply with tagging requirements.
• Ensures that all tagging requirements and association for engineering and supplier documentation/ drawing, checking requirements for data properties is appropriate to the 'type of tag'.
• Participates in discussion and meeting to understand client and internal project requirements for data collection, reporting and turnover, as well as to provide update and status on data turnover and final delivery/ handover.
• Ensures tags associated to the documents are progressively built in the Client's information management system master tag database, checking and verifying the quality of the imported tags and data attributes.
