Data Ecosystem Leader

The **Data Ecosystem Leader** is the principal individual contributor responsible for working across BUs to understand which data is needed for which business/clinical outcomes, design sourcing strategies (clinical partnerships, third-party procurement, installed base, new data sharing models) and ensure the tools, contracts and governance are in place and offered as **trusted, re-usable data assets** to other BUs

You translate Philips’ enterprise data strategy into a federated operating model, enterprise data standards, tools and a practical adoption plan.

You lead through influence (no direct reports) and communicate fluently between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
