We are looking for a data-driven professional who doesn't just "deliver reports" but acts as a bridge between complex data and actionable business strategy. The ideal candidate will spend 50% of their time performing deep-dive analysis and 50% coaching team members on how to interpret, leverage, and improve their own data literacy. You will be the go-to expert for turning raw information into a roadmap for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Deep-Dive Analysis: Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within large datasets to drive departmental KPIs.
