Data Encoder

The PDI Operations Data Encoder is responsible for the seamless administrative and data management of the vehicle processing workflow.

About the opportunity

• Perform VPS Tagging and Job Order.
• Preparation of the needed document for CBU Receiving and Releasing.
• Encoding of various PDI Inspection results and sending to the respective customer (Port, Receiving, Initial, Preservation, and Final Inspection).
• Consolidation of QIR (Quality Inspection Report) and IRA (Incident and Accident Report).
• Generate a Daily Output Report based on their KPI’s.
• Report any deviation to set process standard anytime.

Qualifications

• A graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in any course
• Preferably with at least a year of experience as a Data Encoder or similar role
• Previously worked on a Warehousing and Logistics Operations is a plus
• Willing to work onsite in Calamba, Laguna
