Data Encoder

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Data Encoder to join our team at May. Exports Phil. Inc. in Calamba City, Laguna. As a Data Encoder, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and organizing data in the company system as required with export shipment.

Export industry or shipping/logistics experience is preferred but not required.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and print label / sticker per product requirements.
• Organize and maintain records of product label.
• Support the validation, reconciliation and rectification of label requirements.

What we're looking for

• Graduate of any 4-year business course or computer related course.
• With at least 6 months to 1 year experience as Data Encoder
• Must be computer proficient (MS Office)
• Advanced level proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
