Job Summary:
The Data Encoder – Seasonal is responsible for accurately encoding, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and records for a fixed period, supporting daily operations during peak or special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encode data accurately and on time into company databases or systems
• Update and verify information to ensure correctness and completeness
• Organize and maintain digital and/or physical records
• Assist in data checking, validation, and reconciliation
• Generate simple reports as required
• Maintain confidentiality of encoded information
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and deadlines
• Perform other clerical tasks related to data management

Qualifications:

• College Graduate (any course)
• With or without experience in data encoding
• Fast and accurate typing skills
