Data Encoder/ POD Assistant

We are looking for a fast and accurate Data Encoder / POD Staff to manage our delivery documentation. Your primary responsibility will be to process Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, ensuring that every shipment is accounted for in our system and that all customer delivery data is entered without errors. This role is essential for our billing accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualification

• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot missing signatures or incorrect dates on high volumes of paperwork.
• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using logistics or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience: Previous experience in data entry, logistics, or a back-office clerical role is a plus.
• Education: College gradute or equivalent.
