**Meet the Team**

The Customer Listening & Analytics team with Cisco’s Data and Analytics organization is responsible for translating the voice of the customer into measurable, actionable insight across Cisco’s global install base. We own the data architecture, reporting infrastructure, and analytical frameworks that drive CX strategy—including NPS programs, TAC performance analytics, and executive-level customer health dashboards. Our work directly informs decisions made by VP and SVP leadership and is deeply integrated with Cisco’s AI transformation agenda.

This is a high-visibility team operating at the intersection of data engineering, business intelligence, and AI-augmented analytics. We move fast, we build things that matter, and we invest in the people who build them.
