Department Overview

The FMCG Customer Strategy Department is a business division that operates multiple shops on Rakuten Ichiba, including Rakuten 24, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) service for daily consumer goods.
Rakuten 24 is a first-party model store operated by Rakuten itself within Rakuten Ichiba, offering a unique position where you can gain business experience while working within the organization.

Our department contributes to business success through UI/UX improvements, web page creation, data analysis, and marketing. Beyond typical processes like advertising sales, driving traffic to store pages through events, and delivering creative materials, we handle everything from product procurement to sales, page creation, shipping, logistics, and UX verification until products reach customers, enabling skill development through the entire business process.
