Job Summary

Data Engineer will be responsible for production support of a P&C Insurance application (WINS) as well as adhoc, weekly, monthly and quarterly processing. This person should be able to deliver in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Support in-house Cobol, RPG and SQL Queries
• Support Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Processing
• Develop in-house processes to update the different AS400 data files
• Develop in-house processes for data calls for both extracts and reporting

Required Skills

• Programming Skills: working knowledge of RPG/LE, COBOL/ILE, CL/ILE
• Database knowledge: SQL and/or DB2
• Nice to have: Any AS400 System Experience specifically navigation from the command line
