Data Engineer

The Senior Executive (BI) will act as the bridge between technical data engineering and executive decision-making. You will lead the development of end-to-end BI solutions within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem, translating complex financial and operational requirements into scalable data models and high-impact executive dashboards. This role requires a player-coach mentality—combining advanced DAX and data modeling skills with the ability to provide technical leadership to junior analysts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Analysis & Translation
Partner with Finance and Corporate Functions to translate business questions into clear, measurable KPIs and analytical frameworks.
Conduct deep-dive requirements gathering to ensure data structures support long-term project goals.
Ensure all reporting is insight-driven, moving beyond data dumps to provide clear narratives on trends, variances, and performance drivers.
