Data Engineer

About The Role

The Data Engineer is responsible for designing, building and integrating data from various sources to support big data management and the development of IT services and products. She/He also help to ensure that the infrastructure required to connect systems and enable data analysis is properly maintained.

How You'll Contribute

• Build and maintain SBC's data pipeline systems to encompass the journey and processes that data undergoes within SBC. Review the solution requirements and architecture to ensure selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources and integration of multiple systems and technology
• Gather, store and complete batch processing or real-time processing of SBC data to ensure it is quarriable and analyzable. She/He ensures that the data processed and provided are clean, reliable, and prepped for whatever use cases may present themselves
