The Role

We need a technical leader who can design scalable data architectures while managing the team's performance against SLAs. You will be responsible for the How (architecture/methodology) and the When (delivery). You bridge the gap between business and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture: Design and govern the data model (Medallion architecture) and oversee the implementation of Unity Catalog.
• Team Management: Manage 3 engineers (hopefully scale up to 6 in short-term), monitor SLAs, and conduct code reviews.
