Data Engineer (hybrid) – Toronto, Ontario

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Data Engineer for our premier client in Toronto, Ontario.

Education And Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on data pipelines, architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
• Expertise in AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Airflow) and proficiency in Snowflake.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or Scala).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, ETL processes, and performance tuning in distributed environments.
• Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
• Hands‑on experience with Apache Airflow for orchestrating complex data workflows.
• Analytic, creative and self‑motivated.
