REQUEST FOR DATA ENGINEERS

Role Summary

Design and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load Temenos T24 core banking data into an Oracle Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). Responsibilities include ETL development, loading T24 XML (Oracle storage model) into normalized Oracle tables, and leveraging Oracle Database 19c, PL/SQL, DBLink, and Apache Spark for scalable processing.

Required Skills

• · ETL using Kafka, Python, Spark, or other open-source tools following best practices (staging → ODS → EDW).
• · Oracle Database 19c: Advanced SQL, PL/SQL, DBLink creation/management, performance tuning.
• · XML Processing: Shredding T24 XML into normalized Oracle tables using XMLType, XMLTABLE, XMLIndex.
• · ETL Tools: Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), GoldenGate.
• · Apache Spark: Spark SQL, PySpark for distributed ETL and analytics.
