Job Description

Summary

As the Insights Management Dashboard houses personal data, the compliance and level of management needs a high level of attention to detail, special care and consideration around the sensitive nature of privacy and data security.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the login queries for all regions and ensuring that the North American Team are completing their tasks within a 24 hour turn around period.
  • Manage other staff to perform data entry duties in line with their access level efficiently and in a timely fashion.
  • Reviewing all onboardings and providing feedback and or finalising. Ensuring that all details match HubSpot Records, Insights Operator email is reflective of the location, the Insights notification welcome email is sent to the correct party etc.
