Key Responsibilities:



Input, update, and maintain inventory, pricing, and customer data into retail management systems.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of entered data.

Regularly verify and correct discrepancies in data records.

2. Sales & Inventory Records:

Record daily sales transactions from store reports into the system.

Update stock levels based on sales and new shipments.

Ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability information are up to date.

3. Customer & Vendor Information:

Maintain customer purchase history and loyalty program records.

Update supplier and vendor information for seamless procurement processes.

Support management in data analysis by preparing spreadsheets and reports.
