Accurately enter daily sales and inventory data into relevant systems or software.


Input and maintain accurate information for inventory, including product quantities, pricing, and suppliers.



Assist in tracking and entering inventory data, including stock levels, product returns, and stock shortages.



Ensure inventory data is updated regularly to reflect current stock levels.



Generate inventory reports and assist with stocktaking when necessary.



Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales, inventory levels, and customer transactions.



Provide data analysis to help management make informed decisions regarding stock purchases, menu pricing, and promotions.



Maintain data accuracy and ensure reports are delivered on time.



Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure data related to orders, stock, and deliveries is accurate.
