Data Entry Officer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to join our team at TEGAS BIMBING KENCANA SDN BHD in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan . This is a full-time position responsible for accurate and efficient data entry to support our administrative operations.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately input maintenance data into our company databases and spreadsheets
• Monitor insurance and roadtax renewal
• Prepare fuel report weekly
• Prepare vehicle daily report
• Generate sales invoice

What we're looking for

• Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a data entry or administrative role
