Data Entry Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to join our team at TEGAS BIMBING KENCANA SDN BHD' in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position responsible for accurate and efficient data entry to support our administrative operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Accurately input maintenance data into our company databases and spreadsheets
2. Monitor insurance and roadtax renewal
3. To prepare fuel report weekly
4. To prepare vehicle daily report
5. To generate sales invoice

What we're looking for

1. Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
2. Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office applications
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Good communication and organisational skills
5. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a data entry or administrative role
