• Customer Service. Ensure timely and accurate communication with internal teams and external clients and other stakeholders to maintain smooth logistics operations and client satisfaction.
• Data Entry Operations. Manage accurate and complete entry of load information into the PortPro system (and other applicable systems), ensure real-time container tracking, and handle pre-gate appointments efficiently.
• Data Entry Billing. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing processes and full utilization of all relevant system features to optimize and streamline billing workflows and data entry processes.
