Title: Data Governance BA (Business-Focused)

Role Purpose: Act as the business-facing analyst supporting Data Owners and Stewards, focusing on business requirements, governance processes, and stakeholder engagement.

Scope of Role

• Serves as a liaison between Data Governance, Business Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Technical Data Custodians.
• Ensures that governance frameworks (CDEs, DQ, glossary, lineage, issue management) are understood, adopted, and operationalized.
• Provides analysis, facilitation, and process support to governance steering committees and working groups.
• Focuses on business alignment, policy adherence, and continuous improvement of governance practices.
